Safe Fleet Supports Bus Stop Safety PSA
The following public service announcement (PSA) shows what can happen when drivers don’t obey bus stop safety laws. The PSA was developed by Doug Messer, transportation director for Manhattan-Ogden Unified School District 383 in Kansas. Says School Bus Fleet magazine: “The videos introduce students who discuss their talents and aspirations, but then their lives are suddenly threatened by a stop-arm runner.”
