Patrick Ulman is joining Safe Fleet as the Vice President of Corporate Development, reporting to me.

Brent Wilson, our current VP of Corporate Development, is returning to The Sterling Group. We will continue working with Brent in his new capacity and we thank him for his service over the last year and for advancing our strategic initiatives.

In his role, Patrick will lead our ongoing M&A activities as well as key strategic initiatives focused on maximizing the growth opportunities of the Safe Fleet portfolio.

Since 2012, Patrick has been the Director of Corporate Development and M&A with Polaris Industries located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to Polaris, Patrick spent 10 years with General Electric advancing through roles in Quality, Sourcing, and Business Development positions in their GE Capital Railcar Services, GE Equipment Services and GE Energy businesses.

Patrick has an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Marketing and a BA in Economics, both from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.

Patrick and his family will be relocating to the Charlotte, NC area this coming spring.
