JOB SUMMARY
The Graphic & Digital Content Specialist supports marketing initiatives across multiple brands by developing visually compelling assets for print, digital, web, and video. This role works closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and product management teams to ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and effectively communicates product value. The ideal candidate is a versatile designer with strong technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

This role is not remote and will require on-site office presence in Elkhart, IN.
COMPETENCIES:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Illustrates advertising concepts by designing layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style and related aesthetic concepts.
- Create and manage updates for product instruction manuals, operation manuals, data sheets, sell sheets, catalogs, product booklets, brochures, price lists, etc. while collaborating with technical teams to confirm accuracy.
- Design and develop graphics and copy for use in product displays, media, digital and print; including logos, labels, product pictures, graphs, tables.
- Work with dimensional drawings or line drawings (isometric) and CAD to develop required collateral.
- Basic product photography, video and editing capabilities.
- Develop material for webpages, website management, analytics & maintenance. Collaborate with outside website vendor to address more complex requirements.
- Maintain and update web content (graphics, PDFs, banners, etc.)
- Collaborate with external web vendors for complex web development needs.
- Assist with web analytics and ensure consistency in user experience across platforms.
- Apply basic UX/UI principles to web layouts and landing pages.
- Technical manual development and writing.
- Assure corporate & divisional branding initiatives are incorporated across the platform.
- Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic, website, and digital content development.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
- Familiarity with product photography and CAD.
- Fire service or industrial industry experience is a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization in person, on the phone, and in writing.
COMPUTER & TECHINCAL SKILLS:
Graphic Design Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Photoshop (image editing and manipulation)
- Illustrator (vector design and illustration)
- InDesign (layout and publication design)
Video & Motion Graphics:
- Premiere Pro (video editing)
- After Effects (motion graphics and animation)
- Basic sound editing (Audition or similar) is a plus
Web Design & Development:
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web content customization
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and responsive design
Digital Asset Management:
- Organization and delivery of brand assets across platforms
- Version control and file optimization for print, web, and social
Marketing Tools:
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Emma, Mailchimp)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., AirTable)
- Exposure to web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
File Prep & Print Production:
- Pre-press setup, color management, print-ready file generation
- Coordination with vendors and printers
Basic experience with CAD Modeling, Solidworks, etc. a plus
Salesforce
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Mac products.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- The employee must have adequate hearing and visual acuity. The position requires being seated a good portion of the day. Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
PPE REQUIREMENTS:
- In compliance with OSHA standards it has been determined that Safety glasses and footwear are required on the plant floor
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- Working environment is in an air-conditioned cubical with occasionally physically going into an unheated/air- conditioned manufacturing/warehouse setting where the employee may be exposed to dust, odors, oils, cleaning solvents, lubricants, or noise
- Up to 10% travel may be required
WORK HOURS:
- Expected to work 40+ hours weekly
- Typical office hours are worked between 7am-6pm Monday thru Friday
- Work hour requirements could vary with business needs
