CNC Machine Operator
About The Position
CNC Machine Operator - 1st shift, Monday through Friday
Hourly Pay Range: $22 - 26 USD

Reports To
Machine Shop Production Manager
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Ability to understand G and M code programs and make minor changes as appropriate
- Ability to understand wear offsets and change offsets accordingly
- Ability to change tools in the machine and input tool height measurements
- Ability to do their own prep set ups
- Ability to hold +/- 0.010 tolerance
- Ability to change fixtures and indicate fixture zero
- Ability to practice safe work habits
- Routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine
- Quality inspection of parts produced using micrometers, calipers, gauges and other measuring equipment
- Must be able to pass a basic Math Test (Fractions and reading a tape measure)
- Multi task / Operate Multiple machines
- Follow all company work rules, company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area - this includes cleaning / maintaining equipment and work areas, and performing safety inspections of areas
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Prior Machine Operation preferred
- CNC experience a plus
