Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation containing your online training link and a copy of the agenda. Review the agenda for each day and make a note of which session(s) you’d like to attend in your calendar. On the day of training, click on the training link supplied in your confirmation email a few minutes before the listed session start time.

Choose to attend as many sessions as you like – there are no restrictions. Sessions are not limited in size. Register one person or a whole team. Please register team members individually to ensure each attendee receives access to follow-up course materials.

Session 1

Nexus Video Management (Commander / Nexus Cloud) and Live Stream for School Bus and Transit Fleets (90 mins)

10AM – 11:30AM CST (8AM – 9:30AM PST)

COURSE OUTLINE:

  • Describe what Video Management and video download technology

  • Submit an evidence request

  • Create recurring evidence requests
  • Create an evidence request using a historical search

  • View evidence request status

  • View evidence request video files

  • Check on the Network Status and other statuses using the Health Dashboard

Session 2

AVL/GPS Tracking for Fleet Management (60 mins)

1PM – 2PM CST (11AM – 12PM PST)

COURSE OUTLINE:

  • Access Safe Fleet Cloud Application Suite

  • Locate vehicles which are and are not currently operating

  • Use tracking breadcrumbs to gauge direction and speed
  • Determine the current address of the vehicle
  • Determine vehicle route tracking
  • Identify vehicle actions such as stop arm deployment

  • Administer Fleet (Users, Drivers, Groups, Vehicles, Vehicle Types, Facilities, and Zones)

  • Administer vehicle GPS Device information

  • Produce reports, including summaries and logs

Session 3

Evidence Manager Desktop (EMD) (60 mins)

  • Alarms, bookmarks, and metadata

  • Export redacted video

DUET AI (60 mins)
