ON-DEMAND WEBINAR: PROTECT KIDS FROM ILLEGAL SCHOOL BUS PASSING ACCIDENTS

Roads are busier and distractions more complex. Students are more at risk than ever before.

Following a 2019 NASDPTS survey that identified 95,000 illegal passes across 39 states in a single day (over 17 million near misses in one school year), Hopkins Public School implemented new technology to better protect students outside the bus.

In this webinar, Derrick Agate, former Transportation Supervisor at Hopkins Public Schools in Minnesota, shares what he’s learned about keeping kids safe around school buses.

Watch the webinar to learn:

  1. Why stop-arm cameras are a good start, but are often not enough
  2. About new technology that helps keep students from being hurt in illegal passing accidents
  3. Which simple, low-cost procedures and tools are effective at keeping kids safe from inattentive or aggressive drivers
