10 – 11am 1 hr AVL/GPS Tracking with Safe Fleet Cloud
Details: Live vehicle tracking to locate currently operating vehicles; historical tracking for a previous date and time; use fleet settings to add users, drivers, facilities, groups; integration to establish connections between bus and tracking details and summary, usage and tracking reports.
11am – 12pm 1 hr Video Management
Details: Overview of Video Management and dashboard; submitting a video request, submitting recurring video requests, create a request from a geozone, update a pending video request, managing evidence requests; modify evidence categories, reports for geofence, health status, logs.
12 – 1pm 1 hr Evidence Manager
Details: Accessing Evidence Manager software; opening an evidence file, managing camera views, viewing metadata, setting bookmarks; searching for a specific incident, exporting the incident to mp4 format, redaction steps, export redacted video.
1 – 2pm 1 hr Stop Arm Violation Enforcement System
Details: SAVES (Stop Arm Violation Enforcement System) is an AI-powered solution that automatically detects and captures violations in real-time, providing actionable evidence for law enforcement.Using high-definition cameras and AI-powered analysis, SAVES records multi-angle video of violations with over 98% accuracy, identifies license plates, and generates verified evidence packets for seamless submission to law enforcement.We will provide an overview of the SAVES solution, outlining the evidence review process and the SAVES cloud software that enables detailed examination of Stop ARM violations in its dashboard and evidence review.

1 – 2pm 1 hr ClearLane – Automated Bus Lane Enforcement System
Details: The Automated Bus Lane Enforcement System (ClearLane) automatically issues violation notices to vehicle owners who block bus lanes. ABLE helps clear bus lanes, improving bus traffic and passenger transit time.Using high-definition License Plate Recognition cameras, AI-powered analysis, rules-based processing and connectivity technology, ABLE records video of violations with over 95% accuracy, identifies vehicles and their license plates, and generates verified evidence bundles for citation processing.We will provide an overview of the ABLE solution, outlining the evidence review process and the ABLE cloud software that enables detailed examination of bus lane violations in its dashboard and evidence review.
